Poor customer service. I was sold a brand new car with a battery that did not work 2 weeks after driving off with the car. They did not take the time to check that it was f I was sold a brand new car with a battery that did not work 2 weeks after driving off with the car. They did not take the time to check that it was functioning. I did not enjoy my experience buying from this dealership. I was told I would have a great experience and be cared for but it was the opposite. When I went into the dealership, I asked for the rep I had spoken to on the phone and I waited 25 minutes outside in the dark without anyone letting us know he needed time. He returned to unlock the car I wanted so we could test drive it; we waited another 20 minutes sitting inside the car from when he took my license to test drive it. He then pawned us off to another rep, who is not personable. He test drove with us, and when asked about certain car features, he didn’t seem to know. He also dismissed our concern when the car would not turn on even though it is a brand new vehicle. He had no manners and was extremely serious during the process, as it was an inconvenience for him to assist us. What made matters worse is that I was not informed when talking about the down payment that your dealership does not accept debit cards, as I gave a larger down payment, so I had to drive an hour and a half back home and return to your dealership to pick up my car the next day. Not once did anyone shake my or my boyfriend’s hand, which should have been our initial sign of this dealership’s poor business etiquette. Not a single moment did we get offered water, and we were there a few hours the first day. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership to my friends or family. More

The Internet price posted on the Diamond website was $565 for the same car with the same VIN, but when I showed up he showed me the number $640, after showing him another dealer's price, it was offered at $5 for the same car with the same VIN, but when I showed up he showed me the number $640, after showing him another dealer's price, it was offered at $580. The main issue here is if the internal Internet team already posted $565, why the same car will offer me a much higher price. More
