We can appreciate this frustration, however, a quote from a dealer is not always the same as what you end up actually paying "out the door", so comparing their quote with the price you paid here inclusive of all fees and taxes is not really "apples to apples." Further, we do not know of any dealership, much less most retailers of anything, that do post-transaction price adjustments. We are confident we gave you the best possible deal on the car you bought with the trim/equipment/etc that it came with.

ALSO FOUND OUT THAT HONDA GIVES A 2 YEAR FREE OIL CHANGE WITH A PURCHASE OD A NEW VEHICLE AND AS WAS NEVER TOLD-INFORMED ABOUT IT AND YOU FINANCE DEPT SOLD ME A 7 YEAR OIL CHANGE PLAN NOT EXPLAINING ME THAT THE PURCHASE OF A NEW VEHICLE COMES WITH THAT 2 YEAR COURTESY OIL CHANGE FROM HONDA

Hi again- YES, all 2023 models now come with Honda Service Pass. This is a new program. If you were not made aware of this, the good news is that your maintenance plan (which does extend a lot longer than 2 years and covers more than just oil changes), is refundable. You are not locked into it. Please call us and we would be glad to assist.

You should give a discount for those 2 yeats that Honda give as you are making money on those 2 years on the plan. If I knew I would of bought one in 2 years Its when you buy a washer they try to sell you a warranty for 2 years or more but the manufacturer gives a 1 year that we know so I don’t buy it and wait till the warranty ends and buy a warranty plan after the year
