Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Diamond Valley Honda. Ulises was very accommodating, doing all that he could to help us through the process. We were buying a certified used vehicle, and we were able to test drive it and look it over. Negotiations went relatively well. My ONLY complaint (and I should have said something at the time - shame on me) is that I thought we had come to an agreement on a final number, and I signed a paper with that number on it. A few minutes later they came back and told me that they had charged the incorrect sales tax, which increased the amount by about $100. Not a deal breaker, but in principle, a minor aggravation. We had agreed to a number (the reason for the 4* instead of 5*). Other than that, I was very happy with the car we bought, the trade-in value they finally gave us, and their allowing me to bring in the check and the pink slip the next day.
