Easy transaction. I don't agree with the mandatory add-ons, but they were willing to work with me on what I could use and/or not use. Everything with the transaction was flawless with the exception of the prep people drilling the front license plate bracket to the bumper as I had requested them not too. Although unable to undo this, the sales team gave free accessories without me asking when they could've easily not cared. I was on fence about trading in my high mileage (210K) vehicle, but they offered me above KBB value. More
