What Service Should Look Like! I like the way I am treated here. I like the friendly atmosphere. Of course, the service is quality as well. I like the fact that there are some windows where one can look into the shop, not that I stare or anything, but it seems more credible to me. Another Honda dealer that I tried when I moved here has a service shop with no windows at all. The customer cannot see anything that is happening. For this reason, I bought a car at Dick Brooks Honda, and am getting it serviced here whenever my mileage minder tells me to. Amanda Blackburn has been my primary service advisor, and she is tops. It would be nice sometimes to actually meet or speak with the mechanic so that appreciation could be expressed to them. More

Chris DeWitt fulfilled his promise of finding me a 2017 Honda Accord Sport manual. Due to limited supply in the black manual, the car was supposed to come straight from the factory and would would take over a month to build and deliver. However, Chris and the inventory manager continued to exercise all their resources and found my car (with less than 10 miles) from a dealership swap in OHIO. It was just a little over 2 weeks and I was driving my new car home. Chris and the rest of the team were great to work with and put no pressure on me as a buyer. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new vehicle. More
