I've had good service from Genthe in the past, but this summer I tried to have my leased 2020 Equinox Checked for suspension noise. Both times I was told I had to leave it 3-5 business days before they looked at it and NO loaner would be provided. Would have cost me about $600.00 for a rental. Took it to a local reliable mechanic who diagnosed a defective sway bar link and had it repaired in 4 hours. Cost for repair was a lot cheaper than a car rental. More

Do not take your vehicle here. We have a lease suburban, that the engine light has come on repeatedly as well as the fix airbags for the recall. We went 5 or 6 times to Moran and taylor to have it corrected. It never seemed to correct, and lights kept coming on with no apparent vehicle problems. So we decided to try genthe, they had our car for a week, and it seems they took the car apart and it has become undrivable now. It shakes uncontrollably and has several very apparent problems. I was warned by a friend to not come here, but recommended by another. Took a chance, wish I would’ve listened to the first friend. Nice people at desks, terrible service More
