Although we strive to "get it right " all the time , we certainly could have done a better job of communication . I have met with everyone involved to try and learn from this experience but the honest evaluation is we simply made a mistake . Ben was notified by our sales manager to inform you of the upfront payment that was required . Ben admitted to me that in the course of multiple vehicle sales he forgot . Ben's customer satisfaction index from the manufacture is the highest in our store and he feels like he dropped the ball . Our success hinges on repeat business and we can only blame ourselves for this situation . Ms. Jericho- We appreciate you coming in and meeting with me personally about your vehicle. It is very had to have a vehicle that is not performing in the fashion in which it is expected to perform. I do know exactly how you feel and there our other customers whom have most likely felt the same way when their vehicles have been acting up. Especially when it is a reoccurring issue/concern. As I shared with you in the meeting majority of them have found over time is that we usually, by working with tech support, found solutions for almost any situation that comes our way. Unfortunately, there are times when a vehicle is unable to be repaired and it might qualify as a lemon. At this point in time, I would like to continue to work with you to try and get you into that nicer newer car you would like. Bruce, You could not have been more kind and understanding to me I apprecitate it and you very much...We did not want to fill out the credit application on line...We would like to come in personally and fill it out there...I think that I would like to stay with the Sonic, my husband feels that the spark, thou very cute is to small for us...I have contacted the legal team and they have not started anything yet...after we meet and get an approval I will contact them to let them know that we have decided to get a new vehicle..I should have spoken with you before I made the decision to contact them...I thought that you would be to busy to speak with me..We would like to meet with you or one of your sales people Wed of this week about 2:30 to go over everything.. again THANK YOU for being so gracious to take the time for me and for being so genuine...Kim Jericho...

I spoke with my service manager and we did perform the inspection and did read the codes, none were present at the time of the inspection. We gave the you a list of the issues he had with the car. Our service manager and service advisor stated that the vehicle had a gas leak and numerous other problems with the vehicle. Well I guess the codes showed up the day after you did the inspection because they were there the next day.I knew about the gas leak,rotors and the fact that all the fluids needed to be changed.With a hoist I could have done the inspection myself.
