I felt as if I was family. A shuttle was sent out to my work to come and pick me up to finish the transaction. The fact that they have been in business was an extra insurance policy knowing I was getting a mechanically sound vehicle and that they stand behiond their work and vehicles. Me and my fiancé went into Dick Genthe because he was looking for a truck. He found a 2006 Avalanche and loved it. We test drove it and it ran wonderful. They also had the truck washed and some gas in it before he picked it up today.
