They know most customer walking in to look at vehicles are armed with good knowledge on pricing, rebates, incentives, package options and features, and they don't ignore that, in fact they encourage customers to do their own research and be comfortable with their vehicle purchase. This is why it was so pleasant for me to work with Tony Lockett and his team to purchase my new Acura. This business is about building trusted relationships and if something your dealer says doesn't match your own online research, there's something intangible in the dealer/customer relationship that's created that makes the vehicle purchase very stressful because in the back of your mind there's some doubts. Not the case with Tony and everyone I met with at Dick Hannah. Not only was there a premium on providing the best customer experience, but everything they said was exactly what I was expecting based on my personal research. I received a message back from Scott Wildman saying that he placed the car on hold for me until then. I totally didn't expect that and thought that was awesome! Scott's email and text communication was great and I think I had a smooth car-buying experience. I also met with Tirzah who handled all of the paperwork - they both answered all my questions, had a fun sense of humor and were easy to work with. I recommend going to see them anytime! More

I told him I was looking at a few other vehicles, such as BMW-3 and Lexus C class. Nick explained why Acura-TLX was better then those vehicles and he did it without talking down the competition. After the test drive I noticed some scratches in the rear bumper, which surprise me since the car was brand new. After talking with Nick about the issue, he explained to me how the scratches happened and he told me that he would repair them. He also threw in side molding for free. I bought the car and it was serviced the week after to remove scratches and add the molding. It was one of the easiest car purchases I have done in a long time. Disappointing Dick Hannah has great reviews, and I was excited when I purchased my Acura to enjoy great customer service. Sadly, this was just not the case. I had my transmission replaced under warranty, which was great. Unfortunately, something was installed incorrectly. I complained about problems with the transmission at every visit after the work was done, but oddly they couldn't find anything. After getting a second opinion at another local Acura franchise, I was told I need a new transmission again. The car doesn't even have 100,000 miles on it. As it turns out, Dick Hanna didn't install correctly originally, so now I have to pay to make it right, or lawyer fees to try to get Hannah to pay for it. Very frustrating. You have a choice, DO NOT use Dick Hannah. More
