Service department is knowledgeable and the 360 inspections are great. The wait is a little longer for oil changes, but it's worth it for me to know my car is functioning properly. It also comes with a car wash so I'm always leaving on something shinier than I came with. Recommend! More

I was greeted as I got out of the car and told that Sam was on a call and would be with me shortly. Sam explained what the service was B13 and what it would entail and how long it would take (I wait). He was on a call and would be with me shortly. He asked if there was anything else I wanted and I explained my battery was at least 6 years old and I wanted it changed, I didn't care if it tested OK. When the car was done, Sam went over what was found and how well everything checked out and what to expect for the B14 that would be coming up in the next year. It was a very informative appointment. Even though I get a Loyalty discount, I have no comparison and I want to pay a fair price, but the Brand just shouts expensive. (sorry). Kudos to Sam for treating me like a person with some knowledge. More
