Sorry for any inconvenience we might’ve put you through during your visit. We here at Dick Hannah Dealerships are fully concerned about everyone’s safety. We did call Lexus of Portland about the situation with your IS250 and they gave us conflicting information. On AWD cars, it’s okay to replace 2 tires if the tread depth is within 2/32nds tread wear. This could’ve been where the confusion took place. In the end, we prioritize customer satisfaction and replaced all 4 of your tires at no cost. This is how much we value our customers and their safety.
