Crazy prices just at this dealer for parts! Wanted over $80 for a gas cap. Actual Mopar website has it for $27 shipping included. Portland and a Hillsboro dodge dealer had them for $36. Why so high at Vancouver because they think most customers are too dumb to ask around or too lazy? Pretty ridiculous. They also wanted to $50 for one oring! Asked about price matching and guy didn't want to even have a conversation about it. Called to ask a supervisor about the policy and see if we could work something out. Left me on hold for over 20 mins before I hung up. Poor customer service. Will not be going back here for any reason. Will def be asking corporate about policies and overall subpar customer service. Tim Couch and the rest of the team was great with straight shooting customer service. This is my 5th car through Dick Hannah. Three from Kia, 1 from Honda and now from Chrysler. My son purchased his first vehicle (2012 Dodge 1500) had it for a little over two weeks and the truck went into limp mode and stuck in 4th. Took it back to have it troubleshoot and the service advisor told him it needed a transmission and was definitly something that didn't just happen. My son told him he just purchased it and the service advisor asked where and he said "purchased from you guys"! He tried to switch out for a different vehicle or have them help with fixing it. No luck at either one... I deal with warranty and policy and would of helped out anyway possible. Would rather people enjoy their experience then get taken. Shame on the dealer for not doing a better job at customer service and performing a through inspection before selling. We checked the faults and they were in the truck prior to him so it was having an issue at one point. Not rating the sales lady because her hands were tied but Management.... do a better job! More

We were a little disappointed with our first salesperson from the subaru store (dont remember his name) so we didn't end up making a deal. He was Jonny on the spot with all the information we needed to feel confident about our purchase and we feel like everyone valued us being here.. We feel that the "service advisers" are more like high pressure salesmen. They must get a commission on total dollar amount. We always end up spending twice the estimated or initial cost. The dealership is great, but what makes it great besides there high quality vehicles is the sales people like Makala at Vancouver Dodge.
