I went in to look at a 5 series BMW that was being advertised and unfortunately it was sold by the time I got there. Lawrence offered to take me to another car lot to show more inventory that is available. After looking at a few options that fit what I was looking for I decided on my wifes dream car. We never thought we would be able to get an Audi Q7 for at least a couple more years. They had the right color, miles and condition that worked. My family is very pleased with the experience and service that was provided to us throughout the car buying process. Lawrence Ram was my salesman and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were extremely busy that day and brought me a car from a different lot as quickly as they could. It seemed like every worker, and also the manager, checked on me multiple times while I was waiting to see if they could do anything for me. I was able to see other salesmen interact with potential car buyers and was impressed with all of their "carside manners". My test drive was fun and not rushed in any way. Lawrence would've let me drive for an hour if I had wanted to. The car was impeccably clean (Sorry mine wasn't!) and was even better than described online. When it came time to crunch numbers I told them a number I didn't think we would be able to agree on. Luckily, they were generous on my trade in and found me a *very* low interest rate. They took their time explaining all the paperwork and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time. Would I recommend? Definitely More

He asked if I could come in and see what they could do for me, I explained that I really did not want to do the all day at the dealership routine. Corey told me that it only takes about 20 minutes to get the application done. This is a true statement as long as you have better credit then I did. :) All in all it took about 3 hours which in the life of buying a car is pretty good if you ask me. Corey and his staff we polite and funny, they worked with me and my situation, he explained things as they went with the reasons behind them. He is very knowledgeable and I will be recomending him to anyone that I know.. My brother was so impressed that he and his wife put a request for a car they would like to purchase and Corey took their information and asked for exact information about what they were looking for and ensured them that he would look for them and when he found the car they were looking for he would let them know. I whole heartly believe that he will search for them the car, yes because it means more money but the real reason is because he likes his job and I believe that he cares.. I gave this dealer all 5 stars because working with Corey is awesome! He's not like other car dealers who's out to make a sale he actually cares that you like what you're buying and are happy when you walk o is awesome! My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Dick Says Yes. One in August of 2005 and one two weeks ago(June 2012). Both experiences were very pleasant. Both times we went to Dick Says Yes because of credit issues that were beyond our control. They had a way of making us feel at ease and comfortable, and assured us they see our situation all the time. During the latest experience, we dealt with Jim. He was very good at listening to what we wanted in a car. He also fed us pizza for lunch and made idle conversation with our daughters to keep them entertained throughout the process. We were in and out in about 2.5 hours which I think is record time in car buying history. That included credit check, employment verification, car selection,test driving, negotiation, obtaining financing, and signing the final paperwork. We walked out with a newer style vehicle that we really liked (2010 Dodge Avenger). The price was a little high but we didn't complain about that because we were just glad to be getting the car after our recent credit history. Compared to other car places we have been to, such as Ron Tonkin, Dick Says Yes is a way better dealership in all aspects. They take care of their customers and we will definitely return when we are ready to make our next purchase. More
