I had a great experience. Its true that Dick Hannah Says Yes because my credit score was not great and yet there was a car for me. The first day we came in he did not pressure us at all and was completely understanding when we ran out of time. He spent over two hours working with us that day. Then he agreed to come back in on his day off so we could test drive some more cars. I'm a person who knows what I want, both in terms of the car and financing, and he never questioned my decisions, just accomodated whatever I wanted. I'm super happy with my car and the price and I would definitely go there again if I needed a car. Upon a bad experience with an employee at Dick Hannah Honda we were still interested in pursuing the car we had test drove. We decided to try again and go to the Dick Hannah lot that the car actually be Honda we were still interested in pursuing the car we had test drove. We decided to try again and go to the Dick Hannah lot that the car actually belonged to which led us to Dick Says Yes. Upon arrival we were met by Nick Barnes, I told him we already had a car picked out and already had our approval on credit from the other Dick hannah location we just couldn't work a deal last time. After he pulled my file we began dealing on the car, I made my offer on it and a few brief moments later Nick came back and said they could do the deal. I appreciate doing business like that, they cut all the hassle out unlike Dick Hannah Honda where the deal went back and forth for hours with no progress made. It was a radically different experience especially since the dealership is all one in the same it was quite surprising. I also appreciate that they didn't try to push any of the extra stuff that I don't need like the extended warranties or gap insurance they didn't bother with any of those tactics which are standard for many car salesman. I feel like I was treated with respect and got a fair deal upon leaving the dealership. I Highly Reccomend dealing with Nick Barnes he goes the extra mile to get you a good deal on a car. More
