We were looking to buy a used Highlander in the 2006 to 2007 year range to replace am old Durango. The Dick Says Yes dealership had a 2006 Highlander and it was in great shape. Yet, we were not prepared for the level of service and lack of pressure in this car purchase experience at their used-car lot. Jake Adams is the "go to guy" as far as we're concerned. He easily gets to know what customers want and is always respectful. You will not get the standard "hard close" from this young man. He knows to let people buy what they want at the price they are comfortable with. I recommend this dealership and Jake very highly. This is a good place to buy a car! More

I went to this dealer to look into buying a used car. Jake was very friendly and easy going, no pressure, just showed me what actually fit into my budget. I have visited many used/new car dealerships in my day but this was the best experience I have ever had. Ususally you spend hours in a dealership but we were only there for a total of maybe 1-2 hours. My but this was the best experience I have ever had. Ususally you spend hours in a dealership but we were only there for a total of maybe 1-2 hours. My salesman James Mahin was friendly, courteous, and really listened to what we wanted. He was able to get me a great car for a great price which included extras such as theft protection. The dealership offers a loyalty program for service which is well worth us travelling to Washington state even though we are from Oregon. I could go on and on but it is best you just go there and enjoy the best car shopping experience in the country. More
