I was dreading the car shopping/buying experience but Nick was wonderful to work with. He was extremely helpful and was very friendly. From the time that I got out of my car, I was satisfied. Nick approached me and was very friendly, and not overbearing. After giving this dealer a great rating I have since changed my opinion. Originally we did the online "pre-approval". Within minutes we received a call from the dealership. He told us we were pre-approved so we set up an appt. on the one day off we had. Once we got there it changed from being approved to "let's see if we can get you approved". We were under the impression we were approved for a certain vehicle we had looked at on the website. The salesman ran the numbers and told us we couldn't do the car we wanted but we were approved for a more expensive car with more miles. So after 5 hours at the dealership we left the lot with a car we really liked, even if the pmt. wasnt exactly what we were hoping for, after trading in our old car. After owning the car for 2 days and going to DEQ as we were required to do, we get a phone call from the dealer and the bank saying there are still some things they need to do to "finalize the approval". Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that something they should "finalize" before they take someone's trade-in and let them drive off the lot? After all of the latest issues we've been having I would recommend that people go anywhere BUT Dick Hannah. More

Robert was GREAT! he was polite, courteous and actually listened when we told him what we wanted but more importantly, he listened when we told him what we didn't want.
