I had talked to Beth a couple days earlier but did not set up an appointment to stop by and her shift had not started when we arrived so we were shepherded around by Rick who did an excellent job providing information and ended up working with us through the deal. When Beth came on shift, she hopped in and helped as needed. When the deal was done, we had the pleasure of working with Yousif in finance who is very knowledgeable and personable. Excellent team work by those three! Very laid back but accommodating approach to doing sales. I can highly recommend this dealership if you are in the hunt for a vehicle. Helpful & Mindful I started with an email for information & I went in knowing what I wanted and was only trying to test a ford out to see if I like them. I had an expec I started with an email for information & I went in knowing what I wanted and was only trying to test a ford out to see if I like them. I had an expecation as far as features and color only. George & Josh listened to what I wanted and weren’t trying to push me into buying something I didn’t want. They knew color mattered and didn’t try to sell me a different color truck. Those things matter. I was very happy with the experience and when we look for another one in the future we will be coming back to this dealership and hopefully back to Josh and/or George. I got lucky and got a truck with almost everything I wanted and more which is way more than I thought I would be able to get right now. Very glad I went in. More
