I didn't have an appt, Ijust dropped in? I was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was so helpful and the shop was clean. I recently was heading out of town and stopped by the service department to replace my headlight I purchased. I was warmly greeted by Tom in the service department as he took the time not only to replace my headlight free of charge, but also explain in detail the cost and repairs needed on my Honda. I was so impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to answer all my questions that I will be back soon to get the work done on my car. I will definitely be returning to not only the service department, but will also be visiting the sales department as I have a soon-to-be driver in the house and will be looking at purchasing a new car. My car had just gone out of warrantee when I noticed that fabric on the seats had split. I really thought my call to get the seats fixed would be met with resistance and I was prepared to have to battle. Not fabric on the seats had split. Not only did Dick Hannah, specifically Natalie on the Gold Team, take care of the problem for me without question, she also replaced two burned out lights in my dashboard for free and didnt even charge me for the parts!! And, they even took me to my eye appointment because it was more convenient for me to combine trips to vancouver. :) It made my whole week. Dick Hannah rocks! More

Excellent no hastle experience. The negotiations wer straight forward and I feel I got the deal I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I found a used Accord online and called in. Kevin was polite and courtesy. He had the car ready for me for our appointment.
