What really stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile literally by going to my wife’s workplace to complete her portion of the signing. The deal went thru reasonably quick, the staff is friendly, the waiting area was cramped and lack privacy but they are under construction so that can't be helped. Working with sales associate Dylan and sales manager Titan, and finance manager Marc was great. They worked with us to establish a fantastic deal, all done via texting and email before we even went to Titan, and finance manager Marc was great. They worked with us to establish a fantastic deal, all done via texting and email before we even went to the dealership since we had been doing a lot of research and already knew exactly what we wanted. We only gave three stars for the facility because they are currently at a temporary location during a major remodel of their dealership, so parking was a challenge, etc., but it was still totally worth an hour plus drive in order to buy our new Kia from them.
