We researched and looked at used cars at over 25 dealerships. We were looking of a commuter car no more than 2 years old that would get better gas mileage than our truck. Because we lived about 40 miles from the dealer I asked Mike if we could do the application for financing over the phone and make sure the numbers would all work before we drove out to the dealer. Mike took our application and within just a few hours called us back to say we had a deal. The whole process was painless and easy. I love my new little car and my wallet loves the gas savings. We did our buying over the phone. Decided on the color and options and although the car was not on their lot, Mike called back shortly and let us know they found one and would trade a car on their lot for and options and although the car was not on their lot, Mike called back shortly and let us know they found one and would trade a car on their lot for the delivery of ours. There was no trying to get us to purchase another car of a different color or with different options. They had the car there on time, full tank of gas and sparkly clean! We had two cars, one broke down and we realized life couldn't go on as normal with 3 kids and activities. Dick Hannah Kia was one of the first places we talked to. Brian Johnson emailed pretty instantly, also called with a great quote and told us how simple the process was. We of course talked with other dealers but the quotes never came close to the basic model we were looking for. Next thing we know, we drove to Vancouver the next day,which was a fairly short drive considering rush hour traffic. We were greeted by Brian and it was as simple a process as he had promised us. We met one of his co-workers named Mark, who was lots of fun to get to know and our finance man, John, was a hoot. It may sound like a cliche but it really did feel like friends getting together and enjoying ourselves. It didn't take long at all and we were on the road back to Sherwood in our new vehicle. I did want to mention that even though the shop was closing down, Brian stayed to make sure everything was done and explained perfectly. Then he even went so far as to catch up with us, then drive ahead of us to make sure we got on the right ramp homeward. Being in another city, in the dark while it's raining didn't seem so bad when we had Brian safely navigating us in the right direction. We are so thankful Brian contacted us when we needed our new car. By the way, our new Kia Sportage is quite awesome, we got more than we expected for a base model and no one else could beat this price. Now we're just waiting for our second vehicle to move on to the big beyond. Can't say enough about Dick Hannah's people. More
