He showed me everything I wanted to see and test drove a bunch of different car types and styles for me. If all car sales people were as nice, polite and professional as Barry and the crew at Hannah Kia in Vancouver all of them would have A+ BBB ratings. Barry was polite, opened doors for me, bought me cookies when I wanted a snack. Filled my new car up so I left with a full tank of gas. When I had to wait on others for things he would apologize for the delay and thank me for waiting patiently. When I needed to mull things over Barry backed off and gave me space while letting me know he was available to help me out without being intrusive. For me, personally, I like cars that have some unique aspects of design- you can find those in the shopping mall parking lots! I did some research- the KIA Soul Plus really stood out for me; and the hamster dancing commercials are too cute! I loved the look of this car but Barry showed me that it was so much more. I went from full manual to all the bells and whistles at a price I could afford, great interest rate and all in under 3 hours including test drive. No hassles, all courtesy and lots of really knowledgable sales staff. Color me Happy! Thank you Barry! More
