My initial contact with Dick Hannah occurred via email after the dealership received my information from my preferred car buying service program. Johnny Walker was incredibly fast and professional in all of his email communication with me, and Dick Hannah Kia always was able to meet the price point provided via my pricing certificate. Johnny Walker kept my needs and desires in mind and was able to find me a new vehicle that met my "wish list" AND price point when other dealerships were unable to do so. In the end I did purchase a 2011 used model rather than new from the dealership, but the exchange was one of the best I have had during a car buying experience. Both Johnny Walker and the finance manager (and the service guys) stayed late in order to evaluate my trade-in, allow for a quick test drive, and process all of the paperwork for the trade-in & purchase. The entire time at the dealership from arrival to exit was approximately two hours--amazing! In many other ways Dick Hannah Kia went the extra mile whether from their professional and upbeat interactions, their attempt to provide me with the best deal possible. and their assistance in additional paperwork explanations & processes. Johnny Walker even spent an additional 10 minutes after handing me the keys to set up the blue tooth and explain the basic features of my new-to-me vehicle. An additional perk to working with Dick Hannah is their additional 12 month warranty on all basic items on the vehicle and their service commitment as well. If you are interested in a new Kia, I would highly suggest working with Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver. For us, it was definitely worth the 55 minute rush hour drive in order to get the best deal and friendliest service. More

I wasn't budging from the price I wanted; however, Mike Menzia managed to meet me close enough to my price. All in all, We both came out happy over a great business transaction. I have a reliable vehicle now and saved $8000 off of a new vehicle by buying a used vehicle with low miles. Barry is the best!!! John is pretty helpful in financing as well! Our contact at the Kia dealership was Rex Holverson. We called Rex and made an appointment to come in. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we met Rex and he introduced us to one of his salemen, Mike Menzie. Mike was great. We looked at a few different Kia models, as well as a couple of different Subaru models. We test drove a few cars and finally settled on the new Optima Hybrid. All through the process Mike was very patient, and the buying experience was very relaxed. No hard sell or pressure. John helped us get a great deal to finance the vehicle and Angela did the paperwork to get it all done. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
Mike made sure I got to see or drive every car I wanted to check out. He wasn't pushy in the least, and he patiently answered any questions I had. Dealing with Dick Hannah KIA was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Buying a car has never been something my wife and I enjoy doing, but our salesman Brian Johnson, and the entire staff made it enjoyable for us. The car we wanted was not on the lot, but instead of pushing what they had on us, they checked and found just what we wanted, and inside of 30 minutes! In no time it was on it's way to us, it took a bit longer than expected due to rush hour traffic, but time went fast talking to Brian, and he never left my side until the car got there, and then he made sure I knew all the functions. They also cleaned, and put a full tank of gas in the car before I left. Brian even offered to lead me out to the highway as I was from out of town. We got the KIA Sorento and love it, we got a great price. Even my insurance guy said it was a great car, and will save us money on safety features and less expensive parts to replace. I have always avoided car salesman because of high pressure tactics used in my past. But @ Dick Hannah KIA, not once was I under pressure to buy now, infact I when home slept on it and came back the n pressure tactics used in my past. I had visited a couple other dealerships that same day, going to great length at one dealership in an attempt to work out a purchase price. My experience at Dick Hannah Kia via Dave Wakeman was an atmosphere of respect and no games on the path to a purchase price.
