We researched and looked at used cars at over 25 dealerships. We were looking of a commuter car no more than 2 years old that would get better gas mileage than our truck. I told Mike Menzie, our salesman, what our budget was, how much we had to put down and the 2 cars we were looking at on their website. Because we lived about 40 miles from the dealer I asked Mike if we could do the application for financing over the phone and make sure the numbers would all work before we drove out to the dealer. Mike took our application and within just a few hours called us back to say we had a deal. The whole process was painless and easy. I love my new little car and my wallet loves the gas savings. We did our buying over the phone. Decided on the color and options and although the car was not on their lot, Mike called back shortly and let us know they found one and would trade a car on their lot for and options and although the car was not on their lot, Mike called back shortly and let us know they found one and would trade a car on their lot for the delivery of ours. There was no trying to get us to purchase another car of a different color or with different options. They had the car there on time, full tank of gas and sparkly clean!
