This is now our fourth new vehicle purchased from Dick Hannah Kia. They continue to out do themselves time after time. They are a great group of people, but also very professional at the same time. I went in and they let me take the car out for a spin for a few hours, get a feel of it without the associate riding along. I had spent the afternoon going over terms and options with their online specialist. By the time I went in, he had figures for me, and they were good numbers. None of that negotiating. I gave them the terms I needed to fall within, and he hit that number, first time without the hasseling back and forth. Barry was great, he took care of all of our needs, walked us through the vehicle, and put a great sense of urgency on the entire transaction. We had younger children, and it was approaching bedtime, and they were very considerate of that. I will continue doing all my vehicle shopping at the Dick Hannah family (especially Kia), and continue to recommend these professionals to friends and family on a continual basis! More

He also said they had a couple others there that I should check out to. When I met Steve, I noticed right away that he didnt seem to be like the car salesman that I expected to meet. He was very friendly and wanted to be sure that the truck I bought was going to do everything I needed it to do I didnt get the usual garbage about how this was the one and only one that had the right stuff for me. Steve made it very easy to choose the right truck for what I needed and to make it work in my budget. I never do things like write reviews or tell people where to shop but Steve was so different from what I expected I will tell my friends to call him when they need a truck or car. Thanks More
