WE HAD THE BEST CUSTOMERSERVICE THRU MICHAEL AND THE FIRST CAR THAT HE SHOWED US HAD EXACTLY EVERYTHING THAT WE WANTED. WE ALMOST DIDN'T STOP AT HANNAH DUE TO THE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WE HAD THERE 3YRS. AGO-----EXTREMELY PUSHY SALESMAN, WHO THEN PUSHED US OFF TO ANOTHER PUSHY SALESMAN------COULDN'T GET OFF THE LOT FAST ENOUGH !!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS REALLY GREAT TO DEAL WITH A SALESMAN WHO TOOK THE TIME TO ASK AND LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS WANTS AND NEEDS. I'VE WORKED COMMISSIONED SALES ALL MY LIFE------MICHAEL HAS THE BEST TECHNIQUE WITH DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS------I DIDN'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO ----WHATS IT GOING TO TAKE TO GET YOU TO BUY THIS CAR TODAY. What a great experience! I would never hesitate to purchase a car here again. I had been dreading going car shopping for weeks. To my surprise Sylvester listened to my needs and asked additional que purchase a car here again. I had been dreading going car shopping for weeks. To my surprise Sylvester listened to my needs and asked additional questions, showing me several types of vehicles. I told him a was considering an SUV but did not want to rule out a sedan if the fit was good. At each vehicle he asked what was wrong and what I did not like. He patiently went on several test drives, never once showing me a car outside my budget. In the end he showed me a car I would not have consider and I fell in love with it. It had everything I was looking for in comfort, mileage and price. More

I just had to do another review. I had bought my used car on this lot about 2 weeks before this additional visit. I had my sick 1 yr old in the car & we were at the doctors office. When we went to leav car on this lot about 2 weeks before this additional visit. I had my sick 1 yr old in the car & we were at the doctors office. When we went to leave, my "new to me" car wouldnt start--it just kept clicking. I couldnt reach my husband and wasnt able to find someone to help me. I dug thru my wallet and found my sales rep, Barry Tuttle's, phone number. I called him and apologized for calling but I didn't know what to do. He got me connected to the service department there & I spoke with Mike. I had AAA tow me to the dealership and Barry was waiting outside to greet me and Mike took over from there. In fact, on my way to the dealership, Barry had tried to reach me to make sure that my son and I were safe and getting help. It wound up being the factory battery had finally died, but they replaced my battery free of charge. I was just floored that Barry cared enough to make sure we were okay and that the dealership took care of everything for me. I fully expected to pay for the labor and battery when I got there and when I was told it was at no charge I couldnt believe it. In this day and age when people feel like everyone is out to make a dollar, I was so impressed that I was taken care of so wonderfully. I have already made a pledge to myself that this dealership will receive my business no matter what I need done to my car. I was very touched by the concern that Barry showed for my family and the care & timeliness of repairs done in the service shop. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership and their staff. More
Barry understood exactly what vehicle I wanted to purchase, found it and was extremely accommodating. I didn't feel pressured and went home with the exact vehicle I wanted. This was the first time that I'd bought a car by myself and Nickolette made me feel welcome and treated me with respect the whole time. The building was clean and comfortable. I love my new Kia! Steve Davis was very knowledgeable, efficient, personable and professional. I emailed Steve around 3:00 pm telling him what I would like to buy and by 5:30pm he not only found the car I wanted but had it tr and professional. I emailed Steve around 3:00 pm telling him what I would like to buy and by 5:30pm he not only found the car I wanted but had it transferred and available on the lot when I arrived. After the purchase was complete Steve spend a good amount of time showing me the workings of the car. Really good service and follow through. It was a good experience and I would always go there first when buying a car. Michael was also very pleasant to work with. More

Janet and I live in Portland Oregon but decided to stop by the Vancouver Mall to look at the Kia Soul. I have/had a Dodge Durango for 6years and loved it. She has a Dodge Ram for our camper and boat. But, by the Vancouver Mall to look at the Kia Soul. I have/had a Dodge Durango for 6years and loved it. She has a Dodge Ram for our camper and boat. But, the way the gas prices kept getting higher, we decided to go for a cost effective car to car pool to and from work. We've seen the TV ads for the Kia Soul and wanted to see if it really was the type car we were hoping for. As we drove in the lot and got out of the Durango, a very nice salesman, Dave, greeted us. I told him we were just "looking" and hadn't planned on buying yet. He was very pleasant and told us he would love to show us the Kia and we could drive it to check it out. Well, he must have known once we drove he had us. :) When we got back to the lot, we checked out different models and decided on a red. Janet is the negotiator, so Dave introduced us to Mike. It was the easiest and fastest process we had ever been involved in. Mike and Janet came to an agreement right there outside in the lot. More
