He took the time to explain everything about he car to me and, unheard of to me in past experiences, he even showed me models that were less expensive than the one I wanted, just to make sure I knew all my options. And when I did decide on the model I wanted, he even showed me how to hook up the bluetooth. He explained all the safety implementations on my Kia Exclaim (which are fantastic)and made sure that I was comfortable (and HAPPY) driving my new car off the lot. We had a great experience when purchasing our Kia Sedona at Dick Hannah Kia. We met Brian and told him exactly what we were looking for. He never tried to show us other vehicles. He went over all of our options with purchasing the van that we liked and he didn't make us feel like there was a lot of pressure to buy. Usually buying a car is a very painful experience but Brian was a pleasure to work with. I've already recommended him to some friends and co-workers and one of them went to see him and said the same things. She ended up purchasing a new Kia from him too. Now we are both at work showing off our new cars and trying to talk the rest of the office in to going and seeing them. My husband and I will be going back to Dick Hannah Kia when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle and hopefully Brian will still be there.
