From the minute we walked onto the lot to the minute we drove off in our new 2011 Kia Forte, it was an excellent experience. Steve helped us when we were "just looking" on Wednesday, and even though we ha drove off in our new 2011 Kia Forte, it was an excellent experience. Steve helped us when we were "just looking" on Wednesday, and even though we had our (very tired and active) 3 year old son with us, our budget was very limited, and we told him that we weren't buying that day...he took as much time with us and paid as much attention to us as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. We were so pleased with his no-pressure approach and his willingness to help us find just the right vehicle. I have to say, the thing that caught my attention the most was something he said to us when we started looking at an SUV rather than a car. He said, "I could sell you any car on the lot, if you want. But you told me you need a vehicle with the best gas mileage - that SUV will cost you more to buy and won't give you nearly as good fuel economy as you want." Now THAT is listening to your customer's needs and thinking more about what is the best vehicle for THEM...not just what the commission will bring. We decided to come back (minus one active preschooler) on Sunday because of Steve. When we arrived, Steve was busy with another customer and asked Barry to help us out. Barry was an absolute DREAM to work with. His sense of humor and great personality made us feel relaxed and comfortable working with him. Even though the weather was miserable and rainy, he didn't hesitate to spend as much time looking at cars and test driving as many as we needed. He worked with the Finance Manager to get us an incredible deal on our car and was more than happy to "go to bat" for us until we got a rate and payment that would meet our limited budget requirements. He didn't ever pressure us and didn't blink when we had to stay firm on our numbers. He was able to get us a great deal on our trade-in and managed to get us into a brand-new car for just a smidgen more than we would have paid on a comparable used model with 25,000 miles on it. Once the car was ours, he showed us all the ropes and filled the tank with gas. Yay, Barry! We left with smiles on our faces and very, very pleased with Dick Hannah Kia and all the staff we encountered during our visits. If you keep this kind of service up, we will CERTAINLY be back for our next vehicle! Thank you Barry and Steve! More

Steve Davis called within 30 minutes, listened to our wants, pulled info and thoroughly discussed their inventory and answered our questions. He even suggested some payment options and offered to fax the info. We made an appointment for the next day; arrived a few minutes early and Steve was ready. Looked at the car we'd discussed, reviewed the options and sealed the deal. We were home before lunch with the car we wanted at a price that was very good (we'd been checking around for about 3 weeks). Best car buying experience we've ever had and will refer anyone to Steve Davis at Dick Hannah Kia. More
I came to the Kia lot just to look at vehicles. I was not going to purchase anything that day. I actually had an appointment with the Honda lot across the street, but we were early, so we looked around. not going to purchase anything that day. I actually kept my appointment at the other dealership and after seeing what they had to offer, we came back to the Kia dealership. I ended up getting a really great car for just a little more than I originally was looking to spend. If I had gone with a different used vehicle it would have had 60K or more miles and now I have a brand new car with 20 miles (when i drove off the lot) I never thought that I would ever buy a new car. I consider myself pretty level headed when it comes to big purchases like this. But I couldn't walk away from the price, warrenty and options of the vehicle. I can't remember everyone's names that I dealt with, but they were all exceptional. Very pleasant and didn't mind explaining things so that we understood what was going on. My dad had bought a car from them and he had a very good experience as well. More

I had an amazing experience at Dick Hannah Kia. Upon going to them, I was very discouraged, as I had had a couple banks turn me away, saying they could not finance a car for me with my debt to income ra going to them, I was very discouraged, as I had had a couple banks turn me away, saying they could not finance a car for me with my debt to income ratio. However, Nicki made it very easy for me (and thank you to John in finance also)! She was very determined to get me into the perfect car...and she did! I am very satisfied and have already referred a couple people to her. Actually, my great experience inspired my sister to go buy a new Kia Soul the very next day! And Nicki was so great, she happily came in on her day off to help my sister, as she had helped me. All in all it was a great experience and I thank thank thank you Nicki, John & Dave! More
