When I visit the dealership for service, I am always greeted with a smile and the customer service I wish I could find every major service problems. We came to Dick Hannah after our experience at Broadway Kia in Portland. The problems started with the finance manager, each time we thought we had a deal he would come back with a different number than th Kia in Portland. This went on for about an hour and ½, finally we had had enough. As we were leaving we saw him talking with another guy. The total sum that was the issue was $200.00. They lost a sale on a new Kia Soul. Dick Hannah was a different experience all together. We had no issue with the price or options we wanted. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. More
