I bought a Kia Forte from Steve Davis at Dick Hanna Kia in Vancouver last week. I didn’t like the Jetta I was driving and wanted a new car. We drove into the Dick Hannah dealership at the Automall in Vancouver. Greeted by a gentlemen by the name of Milton. My experience from start to finish was nothng short of excellent with all the staff I dealt with at Dick Hannah Kia. THe following day we realized we really wanted the Borrego and there was no problem returning the Mini-Van and swaping with the Borrego. The following day, the check engine light went on and of course my reaction was startle. I called, they had someone waiting when I arrived in service, diagnosed it as the wrong gas cap was installed and I was on my way again in less than an hour. I would highly recommend visiting the Dick Hannah Kia dealership when shopping for a new or used car. More

I have had to make numorious trips into Kia lately due to some problems that I have been having with my front end lights. It's really GREAT when you walk in the door and you are remembered. The Dick Hannah Kia dealership is one of the best dealerships I have worked with in my history of purchasing 42 cars. I had a wonderful Salesman, Don Martin, who is not only very personable and hone dealerships I have worked with in my history of purchasing 42 cars. I had a wonderful Salesman, Don Martin, who is not only very personable and honest but also a very knowledgeable person! He listened to my needs and wants and sold me the perfect vehicle for me - the Kia Forte Koup. Since I had driven another car to the dealership, I had no way to get this new car home, so Don Martin drove two hours plus, to my home to pick me up so I could get back to the dealership to drive my new car home. Don is a very special Salesperson - in fact, he's the best! I also met Rachel and Mike - nice people - they were the two that helped put the best deal possible together for me. Even though I live a couple hours away from this dealership, I will return to have all of my servicing done here. More
