The Dick Hannah Kia dealership is one of the best dealerships I have worked with in my history of purchasing 42 cars. I had a wonderful Salesman, Don Martin, who is not only very personable and hone dealerships I have worked with in my history of purchasing 42 cars. He listened to my needs and wants and sold me the perfect vehicle for me - the Kia Forte Koup. Since I had driven another car to the dealership, I had no way to get this new car home, so Don Martin drove two hours plus, to my home to pick me up so I could get back to the dealership to drive my new car home. Don is a very special Salesperson - in fact, he's the best! I also met Rachel and Mike - nice people - they were the two that helped put the best deal possible together for me. Even though I live a couple hours away from this dealership, I will return to have all of my servicing done here. More

Service is OK. Not nearly as good as it was the first year after my purchase, when the service was EXCELLENT, some of the best treatment ever. I have brought my car in for regular maintenance service over the past four years. Always it is a positive experience because the people in the service department are so good. I have always had good service from Dick Hannah on my Kia Sorento. You should break up the services more not everyone can come in and have 1600.00 service done at 60,000 miles now I cringe when I have to br Sorento. I do take advantage of the free rental car for the daqy of my sevice, do to the fact that I do a lot of running around town and I live so far out, that service is great for me. There was a lot of paperwork because we live in Oregon rather than Washington, but they made it very easy for us.
