Lucas was so great, he even brought the cars into the covered service area so that we wouldn’t get drenched going out in the rain. He really listened to us to hear what we wanted and was helpful and providing us several good options. We were thankful to find the perfect car and get it all taken care of, even though it was a late night. The manager and finance advisor were also very friendly and helpful. No complaints here! I’d definitely come back to Dick Hannah Kia! More
