I bought an experience as well as a car! I have known Matt from his days as a Golf Pro at our local Country Club. The experience I had while looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter was made exceptional by Matt listening to me and directing me toward the right fit for what I wanted and needed for my daughter. Matt covered every detail from start to finish and then took the time to connect with my daughter and insure that she new how to correctly operate all of the features within the Kia Forte. Matt also provided a larger red bow for us to place on the hood of the car when we picked Maddie up from her high school, both her and her friends thought that was very cool. Quick, Personal, Quality Service I submitted an inquiry to Dick Hannah Kia for a car that I was interested in and got a very quick response! Matt emailed me within an hour and was eager to be helpful and answer all of my questions without pressuring my like most salesmen do. He helped me explore the car options and showed me cars that had the things I wanted and didn't waste my time showing me anything that didn't fit my needs. He worked with me on the financing as well. Instead of making me come in to the dealership he emailed me my application so I could complete it at my convenience. Once he had all the information he communicated the financial situation to me and listened to me when I told him I didn't want to be "sold" on anything I didn't really need. When I came into the dealership to complete my transaction he greeted my son and I with a smile (and a fist bump for my boy) and held an umbrella for us walking to and from the cars, he opened our doors and made sure that we were comfortable while we waited for the paperwork. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly, instead of being vague and in an hurry. While we waited for the desk managers to wrap up the deal and the contractor to print my paperwork to sign he gave my son snacks, introduced him to the floor tv and struck up interesting and genuine conversation. He escorted me to sign my documents and then was right there with a full tank of gas after everything was done. He even helped me move everything from my old car into my new car and paired my phone for me, as well as took the time to show me everything in my new car and how it worked, making sure that I was comfortable with all functionality before I left. I would definitely recommend Matt and his team to any friends, family or the public. Matt was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He didn't pressure me, he didn't show me things outside my budget, he didn't waste my time showing me cars that didn't meet my needs, he worked with me and let me complete paperwork and research from the comfort of my own home and then was the utmost professional gentleman when I did come in to complete the deal. This is by far the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. Additionally, David was the finance person I dealt with and he helped me sign all my documents to complete my transaction. He too was very kind, knowledgeable and courteous. He didn't try to sell my anything I didn't need and was a great conversationalist during the transaction. He also got me through my paperwork quickly and explained everything to my understanding as we went. He, too, was great! More

Great Sales - Not so great Service department I really had a great experience purchasing my car from them - it was a very quick process in terms of a car sale, they were very helpful and overall w I really had a great experience purchasing my car from them - it was a very quick process in terms of a car sale, they were very helpful and overall were able to negotiate with me to about what I wanted for my trade in. I had a really great time driving around with Steve and learning about the car I fell in love with! I wanted to also call out Paul Dicker who started off the whole process with Dick Hannah, he did some great work looking for the right vehicle for me! Personally, I don't think I will bring my car to their service center though. They have a very disorganized system and don't tend to call people back. After 4 calls, and a couple of emails I finally received my call back - but that was FAR too much effort for a simple answer. I was told on a few occasions that the person I was asking for didn't work there, which was not truthful and made me feel like they were avoiding me. Overall though - the sales experience is great, the service experience was below average which is why I am leaving it at a 4 star for the exceptional sales team! More
