But we read the reviews on Dick Hannah Kia and it's the closest Kia dealership to our home so we decided to roll the dice. Wow! We're glad we did! Absolutely no complaints about the whole process for our new Sorento. We dealt with Bob, Del, Thomas, and Dave in finance. All four of these gentlemen were polite, courteous and respectful. Bob, our salesman and Del gave my wife and I unpressured time to talk over the deal. Thomas knows the technical information like no one and you will never deal with a more professional, well prepared finance guy than Dave. To top it off we walked away very happy, feeling like we got a great deal on what we hope turns out to a fantastic vehicle! It's our first Kia after being loyal Honda owners. More

I decided on a car and by that time, the financing was nearly complete. Curt even rode to my house and drove my trade back to the dealership because I was short on time. When I returned a couple hours later, the paperwork was complete and ready to sign. With 3 little ones, the process was very quick. Dave Wakeman took fantastic care of us and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer every question we had. Thank you for always making the car buying experience a pleasant one!! It all began online and then a short phone call before I went to the lot. Ray heard both what I wanted and needed and helped me stay on budget. Big Thanks to Jon Pelley in finance for helping me stay on budget. He called the bank several times to get me an even lower rate. And my credit is Not great. Matter of fact Jon helped Ray find me the PERFECT car that had exactly what I wanted and needed. This team goes well above and beyond! I even got a call asking how everything was going.
