Good experience First time I bought a vehicle in 14 years and was a little apprehensive. Went to several other dealers and a couple carmax. I did not buy the Kia Sorento I had reserved. Ray found one with more of what I wanted for a little more and they bent just a little which carmax does not. I recommend buying certified used. Paper work took a little longer than I expected but not bad. I did the online pre approval for the car I reserved but changed vehicles so they had to redo a couple things. David did a great job explaining everything during signing. I have good credit and their financing was comparable to my credit union. Overall pretty satisfied with Hannah. Thank you Ray and David.
