Good experience First time I bought a vehicle in 14 years and was a little apprehensive. Went to several other dealers and a couple carmax. I did not buy the Kia Sorento I had reserved. Ray found one with more of what I wanted for a little more and they bent just a little which carmax does not. I recommend buying certified used. Paper work took a little longer than I expected but not bad. I did the online pre approval for the car I reserved but changed vehicles so they had to redo a couple things. David did a great job explaining everything during signing. I have good credit and their financing was comparable to my credit union. Overall pretty satisfied with Hannah. Thank you Ray and David. After trading in our SUV for a new Truck there was a small hiccup in our paperwork. The DHK team went above and beyond to quickly resolve the issue. The sense of urgency was always present making sure we were comfortable, well informed, and part of the whole process. Transparency was such a refreshing change with the car dealerships both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised.
