Same day appointment for check engine light - awesome My heart sunk when the check engine light came on following some odd engine behavior. Called Dick Hannah Kia at 8am and they said they could get me i My heart sunk when the check engine light came on following some odd engine behavior. Called Dick Hannah Kia at 8am and they said they could get me in same day. They arranged a tow truck and I got there at about 12:30pm. The engine problem was diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours, and as I was there I got my routine maintenance done as well. 2.5 hours all said and done. Everyone very helpful as always. More

The shuttle driver Hal was a pleasure to ride with, both to my house and on the return trip. I love my Rondo and have it serviced only at the KIA dealership because I am hoping to have it for many, many more years. My only complaint -- why did KIA discontinue the Rondo? More

Great Salesman AJ, DIck Hana as a Dealership Poor & Terrible The sales man AJ was fabulous and did a great job. The manager / dealer was horrible. I bought a 2015 Rio. This would not be a primary vehicle, I wanted a commuter car for errands, work and the kids sports. I drove off the lot at 9pm I returned with cashiers check the next day in the afternoon. After thought I really wanted two upgrades; cruise control and power door locks. The sales man got the ok from the manager to swap vehicles and I would pay for the difference. 1 hour later the manager says ok 1800 depreciation (its now a used car) plus the difference in price. I put 60 miles on it???? After stating this unacceptable, I told the sales man I would handle a three hundred dollars in depreciation but that was ridiculous. They lost loyalty, trust, and reputation in my opinion. More

My wife and I considered several dealers, and vehicles over a period of a few weeks, and ultimately, Dick Hannah had the inventory that best fit our needs at a price that we were happy with. It is common to have a little buyer remorse after any purchase, even a good one, but our first long distance trip out of town was less than a week after our purchase--we save roughly $30 on gas because of the better mileage with our purchase. This was one of the key reasons we opted to buy when we did--Bob and Dick Hannah got us what we wanted, and beat the finance option we secured on our own. This was our best car purchase experience to-date. More
