And they really know how to make you feel comfortable durning your decision making! Tyler is the one who did my service(oil change) and he was nothing but wonderful! Very nice respectable guy! Pleasantly surprised We arrived at Dick Hannah on Sat am to look at the Kia Soul. We were approached right away by sales employee A.J. who introduced himself and asked if We arrived at Dick Hannah on Sat am to look at the Kia Soul. We were approached right away by sales employee A.J. who introduced himself and asked if he could help. We test drove 3 Kia models and spent hours together in our search for "my car". A.J. remained patient and courteous throughout, and gave no sales pressure. After explaining to A.J. our budget and vehicle requirements he did not falter. The remainder of the day was spent inside working with Finance, Interest, Insurance and Closing persons. All of them were a pleasure to work with, and made the hard part seem easy. Before I knew it, A.J. had found the perfect Kia just for me, and I happily drove home in my beautiful 2015 Kia Soul, within budget. Kudos to A.J. and the rest of the Dick Hannah Kia crew! PT Cruiser Purchase We went to test drive a 2009 PT Cruiser and ended up going home with it. We were not prepared to purchase but the staff walked us through everything. Lucas was our appointment setter and he worked with us for a few weeks before we finally came in. Bob Snyder was our sales representative and he was very pleasant to work with. He did not pressure us to buy and showed us whatever we wanted to see. Mark Golf was our finance agent and he was very efficient to work with and had our paperwork completed in no time at all. Happy with the end product. I worked with multiple people at the dealership. Everyone of the sales people I worked with, Bob and the finally Scott, were very helpful and made me I worked with multiple people at the dealership. Everyone of the sales people I worked with, Bob and the finally Scott, were very helpful and made me feel good about my choices. When it got to the finance part of the process I became frustrated. I felt like I was being manipulated and whenever I asked a question I was made to feel like the question was silly. The only page I was excited to sign was the three day return policy. It was hard to get a clear answer and even though I had been there for four hours I felt like I was being rushed to sign. The next day I talked to Steve and he made me feel so much better. His opening line was, "What do you want to do?" I wanted to return the old car and start over! He was totally okay with that and let me choose who I wanted to work with. The following weekend I came in and worked with, "my team." They were great. Scott, Steve, Jon and Barry made my final experience so great I was happy to sign every single page of paperwork! More
