Good Stuff So here is the deal, my wife and I have been looking a long time for a vehicle that met our needs. We were originally looking at used vehicles because we were (as banks might call it, challenged credit) under the impression is was the best and only option. Curt first showed us the used as requested. When the ones that we like were sold, he showed the new vehicles at the same price range, but with comparable options and better warranty. When we walked out the first time because we were not sure if this all was going to work out for us, something crazy happened. NOTHING. Curt didn't freak out. Other sales men and manager didn't come in acting like sky was falling. They said okay and that they understood. We came back the next day (I know it's almost unheard of) and bought our new Optima and have not regretted it one ounce. I do have to say, they were short staff that day and the wait for financing was a bite long. (some was due to my challenges of finances). Curt was knowledgeable, very friendly and open to conversation about my needs and any challenges that might be evident. More

Poor Service I don't even know where to start... Came in on Fathers Day and purchased a vehicle that needed to be done as a dealer trade which is no big deal. I si I don't even know where to start... I signed paperwork when I originally came in and was assured that everything would be smooth to pick up when I got there but it wasn't... Came back to pick up the car and the inside of the floor mats were dirty, enough that the gentleman who helped me check out apologized mutliple times. This was not the original salesman as he was gone that day but told the guy who helped me (forgot his name) that everything had been filled out already. Then for about 30 minutes nobody could find the paperwork or temp permit needed that was supposedly already filled out along with a lot of other paperwork so we had to re-fill that out. I was told it takes approximately 14 days or 2 weeks to get plates in so the 21 day trip permit should be fine, which it wasn't and it took longer so I had to go spend an hour at the DMV and pay out of pocket for a new trip permit. I also was only given one set of keys upon picking up my car because they couldn't find the others, took a month to get those. The follow up from the salesman that I dealt with was very poor as well. Multiple times I called about things and he said he would call me back but never did and I'd call the next day and "he was out" yet nobody had any idea what was going on. My Fiance has a Kia as well (from a different dealership) and I love my Optima but would not refer anyone that I know to this dealership. I have family members that have purchased from Dick Hannah Acura and it was a great transaction. I realize it's most likely out of the norm for an experience like this but still would not buy from this Dick Hannah dealership ever again as there was no real attempt to make things right nor did they seem to care once the sale had already been made and the follow up was atrocious More

Purchasing My new Soul This was my second time buying at this shop and again I was pleased. AJ was great. One thing very important to me is this was a quick process. One thing that I don't like in most dealerships is they drag things along. They were quick to get the numbers and make a deal. Great Experience from start to finish I was in need of a new car and I'm not very knowledgable so it was a very stressful situation. I got to work with Dave Wakeman and he was so helpful, I was in need of a new car and I'm not very knowledgable so it was a very stressful situation. I got to work with Dave Wakeman and he was so helpful, friendly and he really wanted me to be happy with my decision. I didn't feel pressured and he was able to answer all of my questions. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to up sell me on anything and I left there with the perfect car for me. The next day I went to go to the store and my car had a flat tire, Dave even took the time on his day off to help me get I'm touch with the roadside assistance and the service center so I was able to get it repaired quickly. A huge thanks to you Dave!! More

Wonderful, No Pressure Experience! We were expecting the usual "Bum Rush" of salesmen but were pleasantly surprised. When we said we were just looking, they left us to browse. When we were ready to ask questions Curt Torson was very helpful and let us ask questions and form our own opinions without trying to sell us the "Deal of the Day" like some other dealerships. When we said we wanted to think about it he was very courteous and also said that he could help us with any car on any of the DH lots if we wanted to look at anything else. By the next day we decided on what we wanted, it was a very comfortable experience to get the vehicle we loved. There were some things the vehicle needed so we couldn't drive it off the lot that day but we were updated every day by either Curt himself or someone from the dealership on progress. It was a very good experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new (or just new to them) vehicle. More
