GREAT!!!!! He was truly the selling point on this car. He stayed with us through the whole process. Didn't leave our side once and that made such a huge difference! We had been looking at cars all day and every dealership we dealt with they kept switching people on us, for example, one guy would show us the car, then one would test drive with us, then 2-3 more would try and deal with us in the office. It was a nightmare. Bob and Berry were great! No bs, no surprises, truly up front and honest men. They even stayed open late to close the deal so we could drive the car home that night and Bob stayed even later to go over the important features for the car. They really went above and beyond what we expected. Then the next day was Sunday, fathers day, and Bob took the time out of his Sunday, and a holiday to boot to call us and make sure we were doing ok with the car and if we had any questions. What car sales men does that? We have never experienced such a great experience buying a vehicle. They work for the customer and the awards they get shows that. Any one looking for a great car at a great price with great people to buy from, look no more, this is the place. P.S. Never dreamed of buying a Kia but I love this car! More

Great Experience Buying my first Kia To start I live in St Helens, Oregon and was looking to lease a car. I went on line to do just that, we have a Chevrolet Dealer down the street. I filled in the forms they emailed me with some info a day later and to cut this short, I emailed back with no response. So I again started to look at lease deals and to my surprise before I finished filling in the info. Mr. Dave Cady from Dick Hannah called, now that's fast. I was impressed after we talked I decided to make the trip, but had to get a ride. Dave offered to send someone to pick me up, wow! I said thank you but my son would take later that day. Dave said he might not be there, but turned me over to Curt who did an excellent job showing us a few cars. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the different models and equipment. Answered all our questions and made the whole process of leasing a car a great experience! Best I have ever had, can't say enough of the staff at Dick Hannah Kia. Above and beyond We had the pleasure of working with Dave Wakeman in our hunt for a used car. We came to him with general ideas of what we were looking for and wanted to test drive three used cars that we knew were on the Dick Hannah used website- a Subaru Outback, a Kia Sorento, and a Honda CR-V. We had done research on all three cars but had a lot of questions about each one. We ended up getting to test drive all three cars, and Dave was great during the entire process. There was a little delay in getting to drive the Honda and my husband had to go back to work, but once we got the Honda Dave and I drove to my husbands workplace and picked him up for the test drive. Dave was very friendly, open to answer any question that we had, and was very honest with us on the pluses and minuses of each vehicle that we drove. We ended up selecting a car that wasn't a Kia, and it was not a problem at all. He arranged for me to drive the car home for the night and then come back the next day for all the paperwork. All in all we are incredibly pleased with our experience with everyone at Dick Hannah Kia, and Dave Wakeman was amazingly nice. The entire experience was very friendly and we never felt pressure to hurry up or only pick a Kia. I would definitely refer him to family and friends and to anyone that wants a quality salesperson helping them to make their next car purchase. Thanks Dave! More
