She was kind, genuine and she was so amazing with my kids. She engaged them in the shopping process - asking them their thoughts and opinions about the vehicle and made them feel they were a valuable part of the decision making process. Anna worked SO hard with the Kia team to help get our family the vehicle and we are so, so pleased with the purchase!
