My husband and I had been in contact via e-mail with Mark Goff on the possibility of leasing a Kia Soul. He listened to our needs and wants on the Soul and we test drove two different engine options. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made it simple for us to understand how the vehicle was set up. He was personable and put a deal together for us that we could work with comfortably. My original search was for a used, recent vintage, low miles car with high quality and good gas mileage. Dick Hannah had several cars that met those criteria and my current car, which I've had for 18 yea miles car with high quality and good gas mileage. Dick Hannah had several cars that met those criteria and my current car, which I've had for 18 years, was purchased from Hannah. When I bought that car 18 years ago, Dick Hannah was honest and stood behind their vehicles. I have worked with Steve before and I know he is a knowledgeable and honest person. We test drove three cars and Steve knew about each of the cars and was very informative and patient. The last of the three was the winner for us, a used Kia Soul. However when I mentioned on the ride that the color didn't excite me, Steve said he might be able to work out a deal on a new Kia Soul which provided color options and a better warranty! Now we had choices! Steve went above what was needed to ensure our satisfaction. This was a very pleasant experience! More
