I was still in the window shopping phase of my car shopping experience, but after talking to Mark, test driving and loving the Kia Rio Hatchback we sat down... he was able to make me VERY happy with t shopping experience, but after talking to Mark, test driving and loving the Kia Rio Hatchback we sat down... he was able to make me VERY happy with the monthly payment that I got. I love the car and am extremely pleased with the customer service from everyone I met on the Kia team. Mark went above and beyond helping me with my car list, being patient with me and really explaining all my options thoroughly. I thank him much, and plan on seeing him again at Hannah when I decide to upgrade when my children have gotten bigger... to the forte hatchback with all the options :) More

My original search was for a used, recent vintage, low miles car with high quality and good gas mileage. Dick Hannah had several cars that met those criteria and my current car, which I've had for 18 yea miles car with high quality and good gas mileage. Dick Hannah had several cars that met those criteria and my current car, which I've had for 18 years, was purchased from Hannah. When I bought that car 18 years ago, Dick Hannah was honest and stood behind their vehicles. I have worked with Steve before and I know he is a knowledgeable and honest person. We test drove three cars and Steve knew about each of the cars and was very informative and patient. The last of the three was the winner for us, a used Kia Soul. However when I mentioned on the ride that the color didn't excite me, Steve said he might be able to work out a deal on a new Kia Soul which provided color options and a better warranty! Now we had choices! Steve went above what was needed to ensure our satisfaction. This was a very pleasant experience! More

Barry Tuttle did our paperwork and did a great job walking us through the process; he was very thorough and patient as we read through the documents. Everyone else on the floor and in the service department was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. Be very careful buying used vehicles here. we were told the used truck we baught went through a full checkout, got $1100 worth of brake work done to it, had an alignment done and passed all their tests. We the used truck we baught went through a full checkout, got $1100 worth of brake work done to it, had an alignment done and passed all their tests. We later found out only front brake pads were replaced, no alignment was done, and the vehicle had many issues that were checked off as passed on their service checklist. Some of the items include power door locks did not work, the tail gate did not open, the front windshield leaked badly, one sway bar end link is bad, and no recalls were done on the vehicle. On top of all of the above issues, we recieved a letter from the dealership stating that they recieved our plates from the DMV and we were to come pick them up. we went there one day after recieving the letter and learned that they mailed us the plates the same day they sent us the letter to come pick up the plates. This place is completely unorganized and no one seems to know what is going on. More
