Took my mom in to get her a Soul. We had a wonderful experience with Brian. He was very helpful and informative and did his best to give us the deal we had in mind. Very personable. I never thought I would own a KIA. Saw an Optima on the Highway and couldn't belive it was a KIA. Looked on line but wanted to see it in person. ONLY went to look not buy!!!! Brian met us when we got there, told us everything about the car and showed us the top of the line one (of course). Test drove it and fell in love. Brian was very helpful, full of energy and was genuinally concerned about what was best for us. Needless to say we drove home in our new 2013 Optima! Brian was extrememly knowledgeable and even when we left the lot he called the next day to ensure we were still happy and if we needed anything. Very happy with the service I recieved from EVERY KIA employee while I was there and when I returned the next day to get the extra key programed. I am not only impressed with the customer service I received but I am impressed with the car as well. KIA had a bad rep for a while and this Optima is amazing! THANK YOU ALL! We had visited this dealer several years before and felt like we were being held hostage, so we were just looking to get information on the Kia Soul to compare it to the Hyundai Elantra Touring. Because of like we were being held hostage, so we were just looking to get information on the Kia Soul to compare it to the Hyundai Elantra Touring. Because of the previous experience, we had no intention of buying from them. Curt met us as we were beginning to look at cars. He was friendly but not pushy. We were not looking for a car with all the bells and whistles like those that were out on the lot, but rather just some basic transportation. When we explained that to Curt he readily gave us the opportunity to look at a car on the showroom floor that was more of what we were looking for. He took the time to explain the differences between this car and the ones on the lot without pushing or trying to get us to buy something we didn't want. We had a limited budget with which to work, and explained that to him. He took the information to Mike Siegel, the General Sales Manager, who crunches all the figures and came up with a number that would work for us. All in all it was an unexpectedly great experience. When we arrived at Dick Hanna, Bob came right up and made sure we were takin care of. We told him we wanted a kia soul. So he showed us several choices and even test drove a very nice one. After further review, we were unable to afford the soul. Then Bob talked to John the manager. He recommened the Rondo instead. We test drove it and was very pleased with it. We then insisted that we could only pay a certain amount per month. They worked with us and achived this goal. Both Bob and John were very professional. We have baught several cars from Dick Hanna. We would recommend Dick to most everyone. Thank you for making buying a car very easy. More

Just thought I'd drop a note. My wife and I just leased a 2013 KIA Sorento SX last week and so far am very impressed! If you'd told me a year ago I would have a KIA in my garage I would have laughed in your 2013 KIA Sorento SX last week and so far am very impressed! If you'd told me a year ago I would have a KIA in my garage I would have laughed in your face. The features and quality of this vehicle are amazing as is the driving experience. We took a 200 mile road trip yesterday and averaged 26mpg on the highway, on an engine that isn't even broken in yet. My only gripe, the cable that comes with the iPhone isn't compatible with the KIA electronics. Come on KIA, if you can't make this work then you should include the KIA iPhone cable that you sell as an option. While at the dealer signing the paperwork for my wife's new Sorento I took a look at the new Optima Limited and have to say, this may very well be my next new car. Very impressive! All in all a great experience with the Sorento and Dick Hannah KIA! More
