Just thought I'd drop a note. My wife and I just leased a 2013 KIA Sorento SX last week and so far am very impressed! If you'd told me a year ago I would have a KIA in my garage I would have laughed in your 2013 KIA Sorento SX last week and so far am very impressed! If you'd told me a year ago I would have a KIA in my garage I would have laughed in your face. The features and quality of this vehicle are amazing as is the driving experience. We took a 200 mile road trip yesterday and averaged 26mpg on the highway, on an engine that isn't even broken in yet. My only gripe, the cable that comes with the iPhone isn't compatible with the KIA electronics. Come on KIA, if you can't make this work then you should include the KIA iPhone cable that you sell as an option. While at the dealer signing the paperwork for my wife's new Sorento I took a look at the new Optima Limited and have to say, this may very well be my next new car. Very impressive! All in all a great experience with the Sorento and Dick Hannah KIA! More

I had been in the market for new vehicle for some months. I had done my research on what I was looking for and knew what I wanted. And I have to commend John the sales manager for getting the financing through. We knew going in it was going to be difficult because of the trade condition of the old vehicle along with the credit processing. However, I ended up being estatic as I was able to walk (well, drive) out the door with the new vehicle that I wanted. I never actually got to meet Curt, but we exchanged emails trying to come up with the right vechicle. And Bob was great, very patient, and we had enjoyable conversation working the deal. I had been looking for a new car for over a year. I FINALLY narrowed it down to three in which I test drove. All fairly comparable crossover SUV's. I was shocked for two reasons. 1) I didn't realize FINALLY narrowed it down to three in which I test drove. All fairly comparable crossover SUV's. I was shocked for two reasons. 1) I didn't realize how much I would like the KIA SORENTO and 2) I was treated with respect at KIA when I came in to JUST TEST DRIVE! Steven was informative, friendly and helpful. I remember my husband and I exchanged looks both thinking the same thing, "That was the most enjoyable car dealer experience I have ever had." I wish we would have stopped there, but we choose to test drive another SUV right after leaving KIA. Again the SUV was comparable to the Sorento. When we left THAT test drive we looked at each other and said “Now that was the experience I was expecting at a dealership.” I was disrespected, insulated and felt I needed a shower after shaking their hands. I was so bitter about the car buying experience I waited another two months to even think about it stepping back into a dealership. Steven was on vacation and Curt helped us immediately. Curt provided us with what we needed in a timely fashion. There was no kicking of the tires or “if you buy today, I will throw in a car charger for FREE!” or “I have an appointment in 30 minutes with some else to look at this exact car.” He made my whole attitude about buying a car change. I felt he listened to my needs, wants and request. We were in and out of the dealership in under two hours. Most of that time was Curt locating the exact car I wanted. I signed the papers and received a call from Curt four hours later stating my car was ready for its new driver…ME! Curt spent the time going over all the features and HOW TO USE THEM which extremely helped! I know I can call him any time I have an issue and he will guide me. Thank you DICK HANNAH KIA!
