I arrived at the Dick Hannah Dealership on my birthday and my intent was to drive away in a different car than the one I drove up in. My experience at Dick Hannah Kia was AWESOME in every aspect! From the time I walked through the door, the customer service and attention to detail was exceptional. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake, and always made to feel like there was no rush, it was a big decision, and to take my time. I was presented with various price points and payment options for the different models I was considering, and when it came time to make a decision, there was absolutely no pressure! A first for ANY car buying experience that I have been through in the past. The particular model I settled on, had just arrived at the dealership earlier the same morning. It was still covered in the protective shipping wrap and needed to go through detail. I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly and efficiently the crew was able to get the vehicle ready to leave the lot. By the time I finished the paperwork, my car was pulled around and ready to go! The sales reps were extremely knowledgeable about the different cars' features and special rebates, and they were more than willing to take as much time as I needed to answer any questions I had. Brian shared that if I had any further questions after I left the dealership, to feel free to call or come in and they would be happy to assist me. From the start to finish, buying a vehicle from Dick Hannah KIA was stress free, hassle free, and very rewarding. The price was very fair and I feel as though I got a great deal for the money. I will highly recommend Dick Hannah KIA to all my friends and relatives, because I know, they will receive the same great customer service! More
My family and I came to Dick Hannah Kia on Friday June 29, 2012 to try and trade in a car that we had purchased the year before for something new and with a better warranty. When we got to the dealership we met Luis Serrano and right away he listened to what we wanted and was very eagar to help us. It turned out that we were able to get a new 2012 Kia Soul. While on the test drive, he showed us different features of the car and was very explanatory. Once we were back at the dealership he worked with the financial department to help us get a good interest rate and monthly payment. Luis was very patient with us especially since we had kept him there till after 9 pm signing papers and getting things settled. From the beginning to the end Luis remained very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I appreciate all that he has done for us. He went over and above to ensure that all our questions were met even about topics such as leasing, which was not even an option for us. I definitely recommend that anyone looking for a car come to Dick Hannah Kia because you will not be harassed or feel pushed into buying something. They will take the time to work with you and listen to your wants and needs. More
Spent the evening with Michael Menzie and the businees manager Doug. Michael knew I would be a "finance challenge" and worked hard to get me exactly what I was looking for. Although I am paying more than I had intended, they went over and above to find a bank to work with me so I can begin to rebuild my credit. For that I am extremely grateful. Michael worked with me all day via emails and phone calls and had pretty much everything set in stone for me before I even got there. My new Soul has everything and more! It is exactly what I pictured but did not think was attainable, and thanks to Michael and the team at Kia, I got my new car and I am thrilled. Thank you Michael! More
I went into Dick Hannah Kia looking for a used commuter. Somehow I walked out with a new '12 Forte EX. Joe was great. Energetic, charismatic, and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure to buy however. Joe didn't try to stuff a new car down my throat. Rather he worked with me until we decided on exactly what I wanted. All in all I am really pleased with Joe and this dealership. I told him as I was leaving, "this is the first time I've walked out of a car dealership and actually felt like I got a good deal". I would highly recommend DH Kia. Make sure you ask for Joe Ramirez though!! More

As much as I dreaded this experience, I have to say the next few hours were far more pleasant than I expected. Mark's knowledge and passion, combined with superior support staff, allowed me to drive off the lot with my first new car---at almost 50 years of age! I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. Mark is WONDERFUL! Thank you so much for helping me acquire my dream car. My Husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from the Kia Service Team of Steve, Mike, and John in the last 24 months. I have my salesman Steve on speed dial if I need anything. We may have broken a record for the most vehicles in one day from one family, but MY KIA SERVICE TEAM (at the Vancouver Auto Mall) always breaks records for their AWESOME customer service and I would like them to be commended for it. Salesman, Curt was amazingly informative and provided me with the best price I could find. He also helped me to get my payments at a price that was perfect for me and spent 3 hours answering all of my quest with the best price I could find. Bob Snyder made my car buying experience enjoyable. He's professional, personable, easy going, yet, detail oriented. When I arrived at the dealership, I had a vague idea of what I was looking for; a car wi professional, personable, easy going, yet, detail oriented. When I arrived at the dealership, I had a vague idea of what I was looking for; a car with good gas mileage (30mpg or more), reliable, and at a good price. Mr.Snyder took the time to listen to my needs and immediately began showing me cars that met my needs. The dealership had a great selection of cars with excellent fuel economy, reliability ratings, at a range of costs. Most interestingly, as I began looking over cars and test driving, I realized safety was also a major concern. Once I pointed this out to Mr.Snyder, he again listened to my request and began educating me on KIA's high safety ratings. Mr.Snyder then introduced me to the KIA Soul. After a test drive, I ended up falling in love with a KIA Soul. The KIA Soul met all my expectations; amazing fuel economy (35mpg), one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings out there for reliability, and 10 air bags. Hows that for safety! Amazingly, I achieved all I desired for a great price. Needless to say, yesterday was a great day! I have to say before closing, Bob Snyder was a big part of my buyer's experience. This was a NO pressure sales person, who's highest objective was getting me into a car that fitted my needs and wants; Mr.Snyder achieved this by listening to me and asking me questions. The end result was nothing short of fantastic! I have a great car, at a great price, with a great sales experience! Dick Hannah KIA has my highest recommendations!
