This was such a blessing of an experience!!! For me, to make this important of a purchase, the conditions had to be just right. This was the first car I personally ever bought, I spent over 3 months resear make this important of a purchase, the conditions had to be just right. This was the first car I personally ever bought, I spent over 3 months researching what i wanted online and around town. I knew exactly what I wanted, and what I could pay. As a man who greatly values good hospitality and service, I was pleasantly suprised by the patience, understanding and quality of salesmanship of Mike Menzie. As I got out of my car, Mike greated me with a smile. He walked me through my options, gave me honest advice. I explained I was a realist and I didnt want him to waste time. What I liked most about Mike is that he really let me tell him what I want, and listened. He offered me more suitable options, but never pushed me to like something I naturally didn't like. I really liked the style of the Optima, and although he showed me other styles I could do more with my money, I really wanted the optima. He recognized this and helped me achieve my goal. Now I love my car, and am very proud of my purchase. I respect Mike and the Kia team he represents. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a honest, real experience. I had such a good experience, during the paperwork my parents came to see how things were going, and Mike ended up selling them a car too in the same day! More

We have purchased three cars and one truck previously and knew that with the experiance we received on the other auto's we purchased that we would get the same if not better service that we did before. I called on a used vehicle and Curt Torson worked diligently to track down the used vehicle I wanted. He stayed after hours just to show me the vehicle. I was so impressed with Dave, the englishman. He was very determined to find the right car for me, AND in my budget. Dave's extensive knowledge on used verses new cars and also cars that had better gas milea determined to find the right car for me, AND in my budget. So far this review has been the hardest part of my buying experience, especially this essay portion. I was greated by Mike upon exiting my car and after explaining what I was looking for was shown the availa experience, especially this essay portion. I was greated by Mike upon exiting my car and after explaining what I was looking for was shown the available choices and selected the one I was interested in for a test drive. Mike explained all of the features and off we drove. The price negotiation wasn't as bad as I was prepared for but there is a lot to be said for just posting the lowest and best price up front. Mike even programed my cell phone to the Blue tooth in the car and followed me home in my other car (since I wasn't trading it in), which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty. More
With Mike's above and beyond customer service he made this deal the easiest it could be. I did not doubt his honesty and integrity for one moment. When he was not able to assist me he set me up with Brian. Brians knowledge and energy to keep me positive was something unmeasurable. If Brian didnt know an answer (which was rare) he made to sure to immediately seek out the correct and very thorough answer. He has incredible customer service and personable skills. I will highly reccomend the two of them in the future to everyone. I will absolutely seek them out the next time I am looking to do business. I can not say thank you enough.
