My wife and I purchased two new vehicles from Dick Hannah all about close to $90,000 cash from our life savings. I got a dent in my pickup truck the enhanced appearance package was supposed to fix this for f all about close to $90,000 cash from our life savings. I got a dent in my pickup truck the enhanced appearance package was supposed to fix this for free I was told by the salesperson took it to the detail shop they said that the dent could not be accessed so they could not fix it .so their enhanced appearance package would not cover it I called another outfit Dent eagle he came out repair the dent in about an hour's time .it was very assessable so I don't know why Hannah's detail shop told me it could not be fixed with paintless dent removal either it was a lie or ignorance all I know is I am so disappointed with this company that I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and I will advise all my friends and family to do the same, beware! PS. I called the service department twice to talk with manager about this issue they took my # for a call back , this was nov. 2021 I'm still waiting! More

Great experience with our sales person Cody McCormick was extremely well versed in by providing all the necessary information we needed.
