When I arrived at my appointment the truck had already been pulled inside to escape the heat that day. She also helped ensure I was making the correct decision from a towing standpoint. Before we had even agreed to terms she printed out a VIN specific capabilities sheet from RAM to show me what the truck I was looking at would tow based on the installed options. She also asked about the kind of trailer my wife and I are looking to purchase and helped ensure this truck was the right vehicle for us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells. You would be hard pressed to ask a question about the entire RAM line that she couldn't answer. As an added bonus. I never once felt pressured to buy and I was made to feel at home. Worst place I’ve ever delt with I’ve own my new vehicle for3-4 months and I’ve had 3 separate check engine lights it had ZERO maintenance done to it and what ever mechanic did the inspection should be fire for3-4 months and I’ve had 3 separate check engine lights it had ZERO maintenance done to it and what ever mechanic did the inspection should be fired.
