I wish there was an option of zero or negative stars because that is exactly what these guys deserve. Just bought a 2023 new ram 2500 longhorn from them and check engine light came on. On the day of delivery there were scratches on the driver side rear view mirror. Which we didn’t notice until all the documentation was done and then their so called manager stepped in and gave us such hard time for not changing it. Because we live far away we had to take the truck as is that day and they wanted us to bring it back to their dealership to get it repaired. Which is like 400 miles from my house. Such a scam these folks are. The check engine light came in after first 40 miles and when i took to ram dealership they told me the truck already has been repaired at 18 miles and 25 miles for the same stuff. They never told us about the issues that a brand new truck had before selling it to us. Right now the truck has 400 miles and is in a dealership waiting to get fixed. We will be driving a used and repaired truck at a cost of new truck. SCAMMERS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DISHONEST PEOPLE, WHO WILL NOT CARE AFTER YOU PAY THEM. More

2 weeks after purchasing used truck it has developed an issue. Their own mechanic agreed and said it needed to be repaired. It is well within warranty. 10 days have gone by multiple calls and leaving voice issue. Their own mechanic agreed and said it needed to be repaired. Ok let’s start something first the guys who worked with me were great, it’s a terrible situation I had a 5 year old truck purchased from the ram center 2018 eco diesel the fuel pump blew out and no end in me were great, it’s a terrible situation I had a 5 year old truck purchased from the ram center 2018 eco diesel the fuel pump blew out and no end in sight to fix the recall no part available . Rendering the vehicle useless, and worthless. It flipped me upside down so much, in the end the dealer didn’t totally square me away at all. The manufacturer didn’t help me do anything they will leave you stranded. I still liked the guys I worked with and not personally blaming them.. but as far as the grand scheme of things I got screwed on a 5 year old truck that was almost paid off…. I would tell anyone I personally know dodge will leave you hanging. I was forced to buy a vehicle (Toyota ) when I just wanted my truck back but no one could fix it and refused to. The reason why I would never recommend anyone is not because of the sales guys but due to a manufacturer (ram) that has no problem screwing you over when even when you spend so much money on the trucks that should last you. I honestly was robbed and they will rob you too. We bought four rams there in 5 years and it was the biggest mistake I could of ever made. More
