Heather in finance was so fast it was like a whirl wind in and out sign sign date date. Haha but seriously fast Everyone in the office was really nice. I'm still floored we were in and out in 1 hr 15 min and most of that was test driving and deciding between two trucks. I saw the car I looked at online sitting there in the lot, went straight it and that was when I met Bret. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, if he did not know an answer right away, he was very quick on finding it. He gave my sister and I time by ourselves to look over the car and make a decision. The whole center was great and had a warming atmosphere to it. Financing a 2011 Ford Focus My husband and I just financed a 2011 Ford Focus from Vancouver Truck Center. Our old car was getting dangerous to drive and knowing we didn't have th My husband and I just financed a 2011 Ford Focus from Vancouver Truck Center. Our old car was getting dangerous to drive and knowing we didn't have the best credit we decided to go through credit yes to get a car. Credit yes set up an appointment at Vancouver Truck Center with Marc. Marc called us to confirm the appointment but unfortunately we had to reschedule for a different day and Marc was very flexible working with our schedule to get an appointment time that was right for us. We showed up at our appointment and were greeted right away. We found out that Marc was unable to make our appointment as he had a family emergency but they quickly set us up with Taylor. Now we have had bad experiences at dealerships before and Taylor could tell we were apprehensive but he assured us he could get us into a really nice car that day and that it wouldn't take all night. Taylor walked us through every step of the application process which was very easy. He then took us outside and showed us a 2011 Ford Focus. We test drove it and loved it. When we returned to the lot he started the paperwork to finalize our loan. He came to us and asked if we could put a third of the price of the vehicle down today and when I saw the amount my heart dropped. It was way more then we could afford that day. However Taylor then worked with us on a down payment we could afford. He was a huge help. We then got to meet with Heather from finance. She took care of us as quickly as possible and we were able to drive our new Focus home that night. The people at Vancouver Truck Center are awesome and I would definitely recommend them to anyone no matter what their credit is. More
